The 3rd International Surrogacy Forum

International Surrogacy Forum 2025 will take place in Cape Town, South Africa!
The conference will have a 1½-day educational programme, giving an update about the developments on surrogacy around the globe, with a specific focus on African jurisdictions, as well as empirical research on surrogacy and other issues relating to ART and parenthood.

Have dinner with a shark over your shoulder

The conference gala dinner will take place in the spectacular Two Oceans Aquarium in Cape Town. When is the last time you had a fancy dinner with a shark looking over your shoulder? Do not miss out on this fabulous event!

After the successes of the first (Cambridge, 2019) and second (Copenhagen, 2023) Forum, the Nordic Centre for Comparative and International Family Law is proud to continue the trend of conferences in cities beginning with a ’C’.

There are limited places available for the 3rd International Surrogacy Forum, so book your place as soon as possible at here.

Please book now: 24 and 25 March!

And while you are doing this, please note that the long-standing and biggest African family law conference, the 27th Annual Family Law Conference, will take place IMMEDIATELY after the International Surrogacy Forum, namely on 27 and 28 March 2025 and indeed at the same venue, The President Hotel. The conference is organised by the Law Faculty of the University of the Western Cape and the leading South African law firm Miller du Toit Cloete Incorporated.

So why not join both conferences and meet colleagues from all over the world?
