Department of Law at Aalborg University is delighted to announce that The Law Commission of England and Wales has asked Prof. Jens M. Scherpe, the Director of the Nordic Centre for Comparative and International Family Law (NorFam), to act as Academic Advisor for their project on Financial Remedies.

This recognises Jens’ work on financial remedies on divorce, published i.a. in his books  "Marital Agreements and Private Autonomy in Comparative Perspective" and "European Family Law" , and he will assist the Law Commission by providing a comparative perspective and research on financial remedies on divorce.
